Psychological coaching

Personal growth-oriented coaching sessions designed to help you define your goals, and build a clear action plan. We'll focus on strengthening your skills, and overcoming challenges

Free introductory meeting

First meeting is 30 minutes long and is free to get to know each other, learn about wishes and expectations.

Psychological counselling

A time dedicated to seeing you and your emotions. Together, we will cultivate awareness that will help clearly identify problems, how you would like to address them, and which beliefs contribute to the difficulty maintenance. In the meantime, we will create a safe connection.

These are accessible online sessions for children and teens, students and young adults.

Liucija is very knowledgeable and resourceful, having acces to a lot of tools that can help in many situations. She is an amazing blend of spiritual and concrete, combining the depth of trauma-informed work and spirituality with very concrete steps and tools, to immediately facilitate growth and progress.
