About me

Liucija Pliaukštaitė

Hi! I’m Liucija. I believe that being understood and truly seen is a healing experience. By cultivating awareness, we can embrace reality and, with that in mind, make the right decisions for the steps on your path. I follow the perspective that all your emotions are valid, informative, and therefore essential companions in your life.

I am a psychologist with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Groningen, Netherlands, where I have been living for six and a half years. Since then, I have been surrounded by people from various cultures, which continues to expand my understanding of each person’s unique perspectives, values, and challenges.

My mission is to help people seeking emotional support, encourage self-discovery, foster compassion and self-acceptance, and create a life filled with authenticity, meaning, and peace.

Years of experience as a leader in camps for children and teenagers have taught me how rich the emotional world of children is and how vital attention and reflection are for its healthy development. I am curious about which beliefs formed in your childhood that continue to influence your life today.

I always strive to deepen my knowledge, which is why I am currently learning the nuances of hypnotherapy and coaching, I am interested in attachment theory, trauma, self-worth and meditation. At the moment, I am volunteering at Sedna Recovery Academy, which a safe space to heal and grow, where I contribute to organizing projects and facilitating group sessions.

Consultations can be held in lithuanian and english languages.

If you feel ready, we will dive into your depths together, explore them, and learn how to honor them! Get in touch.
